Show Your Support For Al Green
Congressman Al Green will be the featured speaker at a Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce luncheon at 11:30 a.m. at 445 Commerce Green Blvd., Sugar Land, on Monday, Aug. 16. We think he could use some Democratic support in the audience on that day.
As some of you may be aware, the Fort Bend Chamber has not been overly friendly to the local Democratic Party in the recent past, going so far as to host a forum a couple of years ago in which Republican candidates for Congressional District 22 were invited, but the Democratic incumbent was not.
